Newfoundland has the finest herds of Woodland Caribou and offers just about the only chance for non-residents to hunt this animal. For many years Newfoundland has totally dominated all record-book listings for Woodland Caribou. Caribou tags are mainly reserved for non-resident hunters meaning that herds receive very little pressure from local hunters. Over the last twelve years, our hunters have enjoyed a 100% success rate from Caribou and we do our very best to maintain this excellent standard.
